PHP Constants

Constant Examples

School: University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

Course: INFOST 440

Explanation

A constant is a value that is defined once and is not meant to change while the PHP program is running. Unlike regular variables, constants do not begin with a dollar sign. Variables can have their values changed, while constants are normally used for information that should remain the same throughout the program.
